The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2019

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(5) and (6), 5(1) and 10(1) of the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 19781 and sections 101(4), (4A)(b)(ii), (5) and (5A)(b)(ii), 102(2) and 103(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19842 (“the 1984 Act”) and of all other powers enabling them to do so.

The Scottish Ministers have consulted with such representative organisations as they think fit in accordance with section 134(8) of the 1984 Act3.
