Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 and come into force on 4 June 2019.
Amendment of the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Regulations 2011
2.—(1) The National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(1) are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 3(2) (supply of drugs and appliances), in each place where it occurs, for “1st April 2018” substitute “1st April 2019”.

3. The National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018(2) are revoked.
