Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2019 and come into force—
a
as regards this Part and Part 2, on 29 March 2019, and
b
as regards Parts 3 to 6, on exit day.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations extend to Scotland only.

In so far as regulations 20, 24, 40, 42, 43, 51, 59 and 60 extend beyond Scotland, they do so only as a matter of Scots law.
