Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by—
a
in relation to Part 1, the provisions mentioned in paragraphs (b) and (c),
b
in relation to Part 2, section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721, and
c
in relation to Parts 3 to 6, paragraph 1(1) and (3) of schedule 2 and paragraph 21 of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20182.
In accordance with with paragraph 2(2) of schedule 2 of the European Communities Act 1972, and paragraph 1(6) of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
