2. These Regulations apply to an agreement—
(a)to which the National Health (Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1) applied immediately before 1st April 2018; or
(b)which is entered into between a provider and the Health Board on or after 1st April 2018.
