The Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Prescribed Health Board Functions) (Scotland) Regulations 2014168 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 1 of schedule 3 (interpretation of schedule 3), in the definition of “out of hours period”, for “regulation 2 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 3 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
