7.—(1) The Patient Rights (Complaints Procedure and Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation), for sub-paragraph (i) of the definition of “relevant complaints procedure”, substitute—
“(i)part 6 of schedule 6 of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018;”.
