Amendments to the schedule to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011

2.  In the schedule of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (authorities to which Part 1 of that Act applies), under the heading “Others”, in the appropriate place according to alphabetical order, add the following entries—

• “First-tier Tribunal for Scotland”; and

• “Upper Tribunal for Scotland”.
