The Air Quality Standards (Scotland) Regulations 2010

2.  In regulation 18(4) (duties in relation to target values) of the Air Quality Standards (Scotland) Regulations 2010(1), for “Directive 2008/1/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning integrated pollution prevention and control” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012(2)”.
