Savings

3.  The following Regulations, which were made under subsection (3) of section 53 of the 1980 Act, continue in force—

(a) The Education (School Lunches) (Scotland) Regulations 2009(1);

(b) The Education (School Lunches) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013(2); and

(c) The Education (School Lunches) (Scotland) Regulations 2015(3).
