3. Regulation 2 does not have effect in relation to any application for registration under section 83 (application for registration) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004(1) received by a local authority before 1 December 2018.
Section 83 was amended by S.S.I. 2005/650, section 176(3)(b) and paragraph 1 of schedule 7 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 1), S.S.I. 2009/33, S.S.I. 2011/211 and paragraph 8(2) of schedule 2 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (asp 18).
