1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Landlord Registration (Information and Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 and come into force on 1 December 2018.
2. In schedule 2 of the Private Landlord Registration (Information and Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1) (fees for registration) omit paragraph 9 (internet applications – further discount).
3. Regulation 2 does not have effect in relation to any application for registration under section 83 (application for registration) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004(2) received by a local authority before 1 December 2018.
