Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Special Restrictions on Adoptions from Ethiopia (Scotland) Order 2018 and comes into force on 8th November 2018.
Declaration of special restrictions
2. Special restrictions(1) apply in relation to the bringing of children into the United Kingdom from Ethiopia in the cases mentioned in section 62(2) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007.
