1. These Regulations may be cited as the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 9th February 2018.
2. 9th February 2018 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016:—
(a)section 8 (adult carers: identification of outcomes and needs for support); and
(b)section 14 (young carers: identification of outcomes and needs for support).
