Amendment of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994
3.—(1) Rule 42.16 (table of fees) of the Rules of the Court of Session 1994(1) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In paragraph (1A)(2), for “£35” substitute “£37”.
(3) In the provisions of the Table of Fees in paragraph (3) which are mentioned in column 1 of schedule 2 of this Act of Sederunt, for the amounts specified in column 2, substitute the amounts specified in column 3.
