1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018 and come into force on 27th June 2018.
2.—(1) The National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(1) are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 3(2) (Supply of drugs and appliances), in each place where it occurs, for “1st April 2017” substitute “1st April 2018”.
3. The National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017(2) are revoked.
