Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Loch Carron Urgent Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2017 (Urgent Continuation) Order 2018 and comes into force on 19th May 2018.

Continuation of the Loch Carron Urgent Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2017 and duration in force

2.  The Loch Carron Urgent Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2017(1) is to remain in force for the period of 364 days beyond that specified in article 1(2) of that Order.
