2. 24th April 2017 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016—
(a)section 44 (consequential modifications), for the purpose of bringing into force paragraph 6(1) and (2)(c) of the schedule; and
(b)paragraph 6(1) and (2)(c) of the schedule (modification of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(1)).
