Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sale of Tobacco (Registration of Moveable Structures and Fixed Penalty Notices) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 1st April 2017.
Amendment of the Sale of Tobacco (Registration of Moveable Structures and Fixed Penalty Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2011
2.—(1) The Sale of Tobacco (Registration of Moveable Structures and Fixed Penalty Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation) in the definition of “moveable premises” after “tobacco” insert “or nicotine vapour product”.
(3) In regulation 3 (application of chapter 2 of the Act to vehicles and other moveable structures) after “tobacco” in each place where it occurs insert “or nicotine vapour product”.
