Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Protection of Seals (Designation of Haul-Out Sites) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 and comes into force on 4th May 2017.
Amendment of the Protection of Seals (Designation of Haul-Out Sites) (Scotland) Order 2014
2. The schedule of the Protection of Seals (Designation of Haul-Out Sites) (Scotland) Order 2014(1) is amended by inserting after the entry for “Inchmickery and Cow and Calves” the following entry—
