Citation, commencement and effect
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) (No. 2) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 1st March 2018.
(2) Regulation 2 has effect from 1st April 2015.
Amendment of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2014
2.—(1) The Teachers’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2014(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulations 135, 136(1), 137(1) and 138(1) for “is payable” substitute “may be payable”.
