Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2017 and comes into force on the date on which the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities of the Unified Patent Court done in Brussels on 29th June 2016 enters into force in the United Kingdom(1).
Amendment of the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Order 2009
2.—(1) The International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Order 2009(2) is amended as follows.
(2) After schedule 16, insert schedule 17 (Unified Patent Court) set out in the schedule to this Order.
