The Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 14 and Saving Provision) Order 2017 No. 445 (C. 33)

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 14 and Saving Provision) Order 2017 and comes into force on 30th March 2018.

(2) In this Order—

“the 2010 Act” means the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010.
