1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Pension Scheme (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 31st January 2018.
(2) Regulations 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 and 17 have effect from 1st April 2015.
