An appeal to the Sheriff Appeal Court against a decision of the sheriff under these Regulations may be made by a party to the proceedings in which the decision was made.

An appeal under paragraph (1) may be made—
a
on a point of law;
b
on a point of fact; or
c
on a point of fact and law.

The appeal will be made by summary application and must be made within 21 days of the date of the decision appealed against.
