Appointed day
2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 is 15th December 2017:—
(a)section 133(4), (5) and (6) (compensation for disturbance);
(b)section 134(4), (5) and (6) (compensation for deterioration of allotment); and
(c)section 135(3), (4) and (5) (compensation for loss of crops).
(2) The provisions in paragraph (1) come into force on 15th December 2017 only for the purpose of making regulations.
