3.—(1) The Housing (Scotland) Act 2010(1) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In section 108(1)(2) (disposals not requiring consent), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)by way of a lease under what would be a private residential tenancy but for—
(i)any of paragraphs 2 to 6 or 20 of schedule 1 of the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016, and
(ii)paragraph 14 of that schedule.”.
Section 108(1) was amended by section 103 and paragraph 18(1) and (3) of schedule 2 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 (asp 14).
