These Regulations may be cited as the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 31st March 2017.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016.
