2. The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber Rules of Procedure 2017 set out in the schedule apply to proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber when exercising the functions transferred or allocated to it by—
(a)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal (Transfer of Functions of the Homeowner Housing Committees) Regulations 2016(1);
(b)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal (Transfer of Functions of the Homeowner Housing Panel) Regulations 2016(2);
(c)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal (Transfer of Functions of the Private Rented Housing Committees) Regulations 2016(3);
(d)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal (Transfer of Functions of the Private Rented Housing Panel) Regulations 2016(4);
(e)the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984(5);
(f)the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988(6);
(g)the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004(7);
(h)the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006(8);
(i)the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011(9);
(j)the Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Regulations 2011(10);
(k)the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014(11); or
(l)the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016(12).
