Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Miscellaneous Revocations) (Scotland) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st December 2017.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

2. The Orders listed in the schedule are revoked, to the extent mentioned in the third column of that schedule.
