4.—(1) Regulation 2 (qualifying arrangements (learning account holders)) is amended as follows.

(2) For the associated cross heading substitute “Qualifying arrangements (Training Account Holders)”.

(3) For “Learning Account Holder” substitute “Training Account Holder”.
