Revocations

4.  The following provisions are revoked:—

(a) regulations 3, 4 and 16 to 19 and paragraph (a) of regulation 5 of the Water Quality (Scotland) Regulations 2010(1);

(b) paragraphs (b) and (c) of regulation 48 of the Public Water Supplies (Scotland) Regulations 2014(2); and

(c) regulations 5 to 7 and 9 to 12 of the Private and Public Water Supplies (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2015(3).
