Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2017 and comes into force on 2nd October 2017.
Amendment of the Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Order 2014
2.—(1) The Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Order 2014(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 7(2) (temporary accommodation) for “14” substitute “7”.
