Amendment of section 142 of the 1986 Act: liquidation committee (winding up by the court)4
In section 142 of the 1986 Act7—

after subsection (3) insert—

A “liquidation committee” is a committee having such functions as are conferred on it by or under this Act.

repeal subsection (6).
