1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Port of Ardersier Harbour Revision (Transfer) Order 2017 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) The Port of Ardersier Harbour Revision Order 2014(1) and this Order may be cited together as the Port of Ardersier Harbour Orders 2014 to 2017.
