1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 1st June 2017.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992(1).
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
