In article 3(10)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992(1), for “Part IV of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999” substitute “the Agriculture, Land Drainage and Irrigation Projects (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017”.
S.I. 1992/223. Article 3(10) was amended by S.S.I. 2011/139, regulation 47(5). There are other amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
