1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2017 and come into force on 16th May 2017.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
(3) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” means the Flood Risk Management (Flood Protection Schemes, Potentially Vulnerable Areas and Local Plan Districts) (Scotland) Regulations 2010(1).
