Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2016 and comes into force on 8th February 2016.
(2) In this Order, “the 2013 Order” means the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013(1).
Amendment of article 2 of the 2013 Order
2. In article 2(1) of the 2013 Order (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “sent”, for “113A(2)” substitute “113A(2)(a)”.
Amendment of article 2A of the 2013 Order
