1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2016.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 3rd April 2016.
(3) Regulations 2 and 3(2) come into force on 11th April 2016.
(4) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
2. In paragraph 28G of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992(1) (disregard of savings credit)—
(a)in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2), for “£6.00” (in each place it appears) substitute “£6.15”; and
(b)in sub-paragraphs (3) and (4), for “£9.00” (in each place it appears) substitute “£9.25”.
3.—(1) The National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2016(2) are revoked.
(2) Regulation 4 of the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2015(3) is revoked.
