The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1)(f) and 17(1)(f) of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
2004 asp 6; sections 14(1)(f) and 17(1)(f) were inserted by section 39 of the Wildlife and Natural Environment (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 6) (“the 2011 Act”).
