Amendment of the list of prescribed conservation bodies

2.—(1) Part 2 of the schedule of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003(1) (conservation bodies prescribed under section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003) is amended as follows.
(2) Insert in the appropriate place according to alphabetical order—
(a)“Chapelton Community Interest Company”; and
(b)“Tornagrain Conservation Trust”.
