Application for permission to appeal a decision of the First-tier Tribunal

6.  An application for permission under section 46(3)(a) of the 2014 Act must be made in writing and must—

(a) identify the decision of the First-tier Tribunal to which it relates;

(b) identify the alleged error or errors of law in the decision; and

(c) state the ground or grounds of appeal.
