Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber (Procedure) Regulations 2016 and the Rules set out in schedule 1 may be cited as the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber Rules of Procedure 2016.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st December 2016.
Application of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber Rules of Procedure 2016
2. The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber Rules of Procedure 2016 set out in schedule 1 apply to proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber when exercising the functions transferred to it by—
(a)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Functions of the Homeowner Housing Committees) Regulations 2016(1);
(b)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Functions of the Homeowner Housing Panel) Regulations 2016(2);
(c)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Functions of the Private Rented Housing Committees) Regulations 2016(3); or
(d)regulation 3(1) of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Transfer of Functions of the Private Rented Housing Panel) Regulations 2016(4).
Forms
3. The forms set out in schedule 2 are the forms to be used for the purposes of the provisions of the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984(5) and the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988(6) which are referred to in those forms.
Revocations
4. Schedule 3 has effect.
