Transfer of hohp functions to the First-tier Tribunal and abolition of hohp

3.—(1) Subject to regulations 5 and 6, the hohp functions are transferred to the First-tier Tribunal with allocation to the First-tier Tribunal Housing and Property Chamber.
(2) The hohp is abolished.
