1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 28th November 2016.
2.—(1) The Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2016(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(2)(c), in inserted sub-paragraph (ba), for “72(3)” substitute “72(9)”.
(3) In the schedule, in the table of fees—
(a)in paragraph 2, in each of sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), for “6” substitute “7”; and
(b)in paragraph 5(b), after “sheets” insert “(or part thereof)”.
