1. This Order may be cited as the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management) as Specified Authority) Order 2016 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
2. Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management) is to be treated, for the purposes of or in connection with any appointment to that body, as if it were a specified authority within the meaning of section 2(1) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (the Commissioner’s functions).
