Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2016 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Amendment of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002
2. In Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (listed authorities, entries amendable by Order in Council), after the entry relating to ILF Scotland in paragraph 25ZB(1), insert—
“25ZC An integration joint board established by order under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(2).”
