Amendment of regulation 66

37.  In regulation 66—

(a) in paragraph (1), omit “or 36 (early payment of retirement pension on ill-health grounds: deferred members)”; and

(b) in paragraph (2) after “member under” insert “regulation 29(5) (early retirement) or”.
