The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(2)(a), (c) and (d) and (3) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
2001 asp 8. Section 73(2)(a) is amended by paragraph 8 of schedule 5 to the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 (asp 8) (“the 2014 Act”).
